SN95 Ford Mustang Cold Air Intake Kit | 4.6 GT (1996–2004) black

A complete custom cold air intake system for Ford Mustang SN95 4.6 GT (1996–2004).
This design relocates the air filter into the fender well for cooler air intake and improved performance.
It may also fit older 5.0 Mustangs, but that has not been confirmed.

All components are 3D printed in ABS with 3.5 mm wall thickness for heat resistance and rigidity.
The intake elbow and vacuum fittings are designed to be acetone-welded together, creating a single, sealed unit.

📦 Included in the Set

You will receive all the necessary parts to assemble a full cold air intake system:

Main intake pipe – connects to the throttle body

90mm fender pipe – routes air to the fender well where the filter is placed

MAF adapter plate – allows mounting the factory or aftermarket MAF sensor

MAF pre-pipe section – connects between MAF plate and main pipe

Short connector pipes (16mm, 19mm, 78mm) – for vacuum and breather lines

Airflow transition piece – smooth transition between pipe sections

All parts fit together via acetone welding, and the vacuum fittings can be welded directly to the main pipe.

⚙️ Installation Notes

Use acetone to plastic-weld pipe joints and fittings.

Fit the 90mm pipe into the fender well with your air filter.

Drill vacuum line holes as needed before final welding.

Use high-quality 97mm and 85mm silicone couplers and 4" worm clamps for secure connections.

Optionally, apply foil or heat-reflective tape under the sections that run above the exhaust manifold.
