Replacement Mercedes Armrest Pad for T1N (2002–2006) / Dodge Sprinter Vans black

The original armrest pads in early Sprinter vans were made of soft foam that degrades under sunlight and heat — leaving most vans with cracked or disintegrated padding.
This 3D-printed ASA replacement provides a long-lasting and clean solution.

Printed in automotive-grade ASA plastic, this armrest pad is resistant to UV, heat, and wear.
It’s a functional upgrade — not as soft as foam, but much more durable and tidy in appearance.

🔧 Installation

Mounts using four coarse-threaded Torx T20 bolts from underneath.
Before installation, drill out the support material in the printed holes with a 1/8" drill bit to ensure a perfect fit.
Reuses your factory hardware.

🎨 Customization Option

You can wrap the armrest in:

leather, vinyl or fabric to achieve a more comfortable or premium finish, depending on your preference and interior style.
