Perfect for volt meters, boost gauges, AFR gauges, oil temp/pressure gauges and other 52 mm instruments.

This insert replaces the original ventilation cover and provides a clean, OEM-looking location for your gauge — without drilling the dashboard.

🔧 Installation

Remove the stock Transit vent cover.

Route your gauge wires through the hole on the back of the mount.

Press the mount into the vent frame until it locks into position.

Insert your 52 mm gauge.

Connect wiring according to your gauge instructions.

🎨 Surface finish

Our prints have high quality, but minor artifacts or support marks may be visible due to the nature of manufacturing.
For the most aesthetic result, we recommend:

light sanding

optional primer + paint (if you want a factory-plastic finish)

Even without extra finishing, the part looks great and functions perfectly.
