Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to almost all countries worldwide.
We do not ship to CIS countries (Russia, Belarus, etc.).


How long does shipping take?

European Union: 5–12 business days
United States: 7–15 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days
DHL Express: 2–7 business days depending on location

Delivery may vary due to customs or local postal performance.


How long does processing take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Large or multi-piece 3D printed items may require an extra 1–2 days.


Are your products 3D printed?

Yes. All our parts are professionally 3D printed using high-quality ASA material.
Some minor surface marks may be present due to the printing process.
For a flawless finish, sanding and painting is recommended.


Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted within 60 days if the item:
has not been used,
has not been installed,
is undamaged and in good condition.

Used or installed items cannot be returned.


What if the item arrives damaged or defective?

We will replace or refund any item with:
manufacturing defects,
incorrect size due to our error,
damage during shipping.

Photo or video proof is required.


Who pays for return shipping?

If it is our mistake or a defective item → we pay.
If the customer ordered the wrong item or changed their mind → the customer pays.


Is original packaging required for returns?

No. You may return the item without original packaging, but it must be protected and arrive undamaged.


Do I need professional installation?

Not required, but recommended.
Customers are responsible for correct installation and vehicle compatibility.


Will your products fit my car?

All fitment information is provided in the product description.
If unsure, contact us before purchasing.


Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Yes, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.
